The soft rubber luggage tag gives promotional buyers a lightweight, flexible alternative to metal hardware. Soft PVC rubber is shaped by mould, so outlines can follow almost any silhouette, from airplanes and suitcases to animals, mascots or a supplied client character. The compound stays supple in heat, cold and rain, springs back when squeezed, and holds embedded layers of color that will not peel or flake like surface printing.

Where branding happens

Logos and contact panels are formed in the mould from layered colored PVC recessed into the surface, producing a tactile mark with clean edges. An information window on the reverse takes a paper insert behind a clear flap, and the attachment strap is usually the same soft compound.
