Roler tip pen

Product Detailed Description

Roller tip pens, widely known in the trade as fineliner pens, fill the precise-writing corner of the pen category. The fine, firm tip lays down a clean, even line for notes, planners, sketches and detailed hand lettering, giving retailers a modern alternative to the traditional ballpoint.

Construction and feel

• A fiber or needle-point tip is fed by water-based ink from a free-ink or cartridge system, flowing smoothly with little pressure.
• Ink dries quickly and produces vivid color, while the tip width sets the pen as an ultra-fine liner or a bolder writer.
• Slim plastic barrels with color-matched caps make shade selection easy at a glance.

Who buys them

Students, office professionals, designers and hobbyists use them daily, often in color assortments or wallet sets. Stationery importers merchandise them alongside gel pens and highlighters to complete a writing wall.

Customization

Smooth barrel and cap surfaces accept clean logo printing. Buyers may request custom ink and cap color combinations, tip widths matched to the target writing style, and set packaging from printed paper wallets to transparent PVC pouches and gift boxes. ODM projects can extend to special barrel shapes and clip designs developed from a buyer's drawing. Sampling, mixed batches and packing are subject to quotation.

Quality focus

Assessment covers line consistency, tip durability under daily writing pressure, cap seal tightness to prevent drying, and color matching across the assortment.
