Build a magnetic play set around your own artwork. This format suits magnetic puzzles, magnetic DIY toys, magnetic darts and other magnetic kids toys, so a single production run can carry several themes across a product line.

Each piece is assembled as a layered sandwich: rubber magnet, printing paper, iron, EVA and cardboard. The combination keeps the sheet flat, light and easy for small hands to lift, place and reposition.

Printing and finishing

Surface art is produced with 4 colors offset printing with PP lamination; pantone color is also ok for brand-matched runs. Because the face is printed to your file, characters, scenes, wording and packaging graphics can all follow your direction.

Size and shape

Dimensions follow the brief: according to customer requirements, and special shape is also ok where a die-cut outline better matches the design.

Packing

Standard presentation is one pcs in an opp bag. Gift-box, poly-bag header or assortment packing can be discussed and quoted separately.
